Kelly is a strategic, results-driven leader who blends deep complex casualty and claims litigation expertise with enterprise learning, leadership acceleration, and career development for a Fortune 100 property & casualty global insurance organization. With decades of hands-on claims experience — from managing multimillion-dollar complex bodily injury inventories and trial readiness to designing state-specific litigation curricula — she translates real-world risk scenarios into high-impact learning that improves decision-making, shortens time-to-competency, and drives measurable business outcomes.
As Director of Career Development & Team Effectiveness, Kelly designs and scales inclusive, AI-enabled learning experiences and executive programs that integrate case-based simulations, adaptive learning pathways, and data-driven evaluation. She has led global culture and leadership transformations, stewarded multi-million-dollar budgets, negotiated vendor partnerships, and built high-performing teams that accelerate leader readiness across Risk, Underwriting, Claims and Operations. Her strengths include litigation learning strategy, talent development, program scaling, and applying adult-learning science to develop senior executives and emerging leaders.
Energetic, curious, and people-first, Kelly is a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths coach who elevates leaders to higher performance through strengths-based methodology and immersive role plays informed by insurance specific business scenarios.
Outside of work she fuels her creativity and focus by reading multiple books at once, listening to podcasts, and balancing professional rigor with intellectual curiosity that keeps her thinking broadly and leading boldly.

Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) – Chief Operating Officer
Shawn Crosby serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC), one of the largest state-run workers’ compensation systems in the U.S., with approximately $24 billion in total assets.
With more than 32 years of workers’ compensation experience, Shawn oversees all claims, employer, and medical operations.
Shawn has led transformative operational improvements at BWC, streamlining processes, enhancing service delivery, and modernizing operations statewide.
Her leadership has earned multiple industry awards, elevating BWC to national prominence.
Beyond operations, Shawn is a strong advocate for healthcare reform and a dedicated mentor to emerging leaders, especially supporting women in public service. Her leadership fosters innovation, inclusion, and empowerment.
Shawn holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Management and Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Raymond Cousins

Born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Gallipolis, Raymond carries with him a deep appreciation for the close-knit, big-family feeling that comes from small-town roots. He earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Marshall University.
Recently, Raymond stepped into the insurance industry as an Independent Broker, bringing with him a strong business foundation and a passion for learning and growth.
Outside of work, Raymond’s energy truly shines. He is an Ignite Dance Fitness instructor, teaching twice a week in both virtual and in-person settings.
When he’s not dancing, you can find him exploring new restaurants, whether locally or while traveling.

Tellyshia Winbush is a dedicated and experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter at Great American Insurance Group. With a strong background in talent acquisition and team building, she brings a unique perspective to the recruitment process. She also has previous experience recruiting in the hospitality and manufactory industries.
Tellyshia holds two associate degrees from Ivy Tech Community College, one in Culinary Arts and the other in Hospitality and Food Management. This diverse educational background and work experience has equipped her with a broad skill set. In her role at Great American, Tellyshia leverages her expertise to identify top talent and build effective teams. She is known for her ability to connect with individuals and her commitment to fostering positive and productive work environments.
